How many kids can represent a business?
No more than 3 participants per business.
Do you allow businesses with similar products?
Yes! We believe in healthy competition. It is important to try to make your products and services as unique as you are.
We'll do our best to separate similar businesses so they are not next to each other.
Do you provide tents, tables and chairs?
No. We do not provide pop-ups, tables & chairs. Bring your own setup! The fair will be an outdoor event. Each business gets a spot where they will assemble their booth. The size of each lot fits a 12x12 shade structure.
No. We are not able to provide electricity to the booths. Generators will not be allowed.
Yes.
There is an "early bird" non-refundable $40 per booth registration fee.
After March 30th the non-refundable registration fee per booth is $50.
No refunds will be issued, if you cancel within 4 weeks of registering or 3 weeks before the fair.
The fair starts at 11am
We recommend showing up at least an hour early.
We will have public voting where visitors will vote for their favorite booth in two age categories: 8-12 and 13-17.
Each participant will receive a swag bag and will participate in a competition to win cash and physical prizes.
