Sierra Founders Academy is an evolving program sponsored by Central Sierra Economic Development District in collaboration with KidBiz Hub.  

This is a youth entrepreneurship and innovation program designed to cultivate the next generation of business leaders in the Sierra region. The Academy provides young people with the tools, mentorship, and real-world experience to transform their ideas into viable businesses that contribute to the region’s economic vitality. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship networks, pitch competitions, and partnerships with local businesses, this collaborative program empowers students to develop entrepreneurial mindsets, financial literacy, and practical business skills. It not only supports individual success but strengthens the broader community by fostering local enterprise, encouraging homegrown talent, and creating pathways to long-term economic resilience through entrepreneurship.
